The BurgerMan Standard Operating Procedure consists of a written set of rules, standards and norms that outline the procedures to complete routine tasks and manage outlet operations effectively. The SOP has been developed in alignment with food safety laws and practices to ensure every outlet complies with regulatory requirements. It also comes with a set of checklists that ensure precautionary food preparation, hygiene, customer service and maintenance of facilities, thus facilitating the audit process.

This SOP focuses on optimizing and recurring processes for operational tasks and is subject to change in case much more effective methods are discovered in the future.
